24hr cancellation policy ~ if you DO NOT cancel within 24 hrs of scheduled appointment or simply do not show for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full massage therapy fee. Kindly understand that I will not be paid and the scheduled time is no longer available to others who need it. The receipt provided for missed or short-notice cancellation will not be eligible for reimbursement from any extended health plan as said receipt will have "Missed appointment fee" included on receipt.  There are always unexpected emergencies that can occur and these will be considered on a limited basis. Please respect the committed time that was alloted just for you. Thank you for your understanding!
